Our Founder
Alec Oshner
Founder | Principal Architect
AIA, NCARB
Alec Oshner specializes in high-end custom residential and multifamily design. With nearly a decade of experience, he brings a collaborative, client-focused approach to every project—creating thoughtful, functional spaces that elevate everyday living.
He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University and has contributed to more than 75 projects across civilian and military sectors in over six countries. Alec has worked with award-winning firms in Houston and Denver on custom homes, multi-family developments, restaurants, and aerospace facilities.
He founded AJO Architects to deliver personalized, innovative design solutions. His philosophy blends creativity, functionality, and timeless simplicity—ensuring each project reflects his clients’ vision and lifestyle.
Outside the studio, Alec enjoys traveling with his family, hiking and snowboarding in the mountains, golfing, and hitting the pickleball courts.
