ABOUT

Alec Oshner founded AJO Architects in Strasburg, Colorado, in 2022, specializing in high-end custom residential design and light commercial design.

​

Originally from Illinois, Alec grew to love the art of architecture during a drafting class he took his senior year of high school. Following this newfound passion, he attended Iowa State University and graduated with a Bachelor's in Architecture. Along side this, he also served in the ROTC program and commissioned as an Engineer Officer into the United States Army Reserves.

Since then, Alec has worked on projects across the globe for some of the regions top architectural design firms in Houston, TX and Denver, CO. He's contributed to the success of over 75 projects across the civilian and military sectors in the US and Eastern Europe. Alec's been involved at all levels of design from conceptual design packages and renderings/animations, to construction documents and cost analysis.

Now with 8+ years of architectural experience, he's launched AJO Architects with the intent to inspire and brighten his client's homes through design ingenuity and close collaboration.
