Discover
The journey begins with discovery. This is where we take the time to understand you—your lifestyle, needs, and aspirations for the space. Through in-depth consultations, site visits, and an exploration of your preferences, we gather all the details that will shape your project. Our goal is to uncover your vision and establish a strong foundation for the design. Whether it’s a new custom home or a transformative renovation, this phase ensures we’re aligned from the very start

Define
The Define phase is where we lay the foundation for your project with precision and clarity. It begins with a site visit and as-built measurements to capture the existing conditions. We'll collaborate to determine key design criteria, including project style, size, scope, program, and number of stories. We also perform an initial code and zoning analysis to ensure compliance and feasibility.
We begin to Define the project through:
+ Site Visit
+ As-Built measurements
+ Order Survey & Soils Report (Owner)
+ Order Utility Locate (Owner)
+ Architectural Kick-Off Meeting
+ Approval of Project Programming & Narrative

Design
The Design phase is where we lay the foundation for your project with precision and clarity. It begins with a site visit and as-built measurements to capture the existing conditions. We'll collaborate to determine key design criteria, including project style, size, scope, program, and number of stories. We also perform an initial code and zoning analysis to ensure compliance and feasibility.
We begin to Design the project through:
+ Initial Code & Zoning Analysis
+ Rough shape of the building and ideas are formed
+ Review different design options
+ Schematic Site Plan
+ Schematic Floor Plans
+ Sketch Elevations / 3D Views
+ Approval of Design direction

Develop
In the Develop phase, we refine the design by finalizing the building location on site and creating detailed 1/4" scale drawings, including site plans, floor plans, and elevations. We finalize room sizes, exterior form, and material choices, while also selecting interior finishes. Necessary consultants, such as Structural and Mechanical engineers, are brought on board if not already. Specifications and finish schedules are compiled, and construction drawings are given the thumbs up, moving the project closer to realization.
In the Develop Phase, the following typically takes place:
+ Finalize building location on site
+ Begin developing 1/4" scale drawings of the site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections, etc.
+ Preliminary development of necessary details
+ Finalize room sizes and location
+ Finalize exterior form and begin diving into materiality
+ Interior finishes
+ Bring on necessary consultants (Structural, Mechanical, etc.)
+ Begin building specifications and finish schedules
+ Approval of Construction Drawings

Deliver
Who's ready to build! We're with you during construction to ensure your project transitions smoothly from design to construction. Throughout this process, we conduct milestone site visits to monitor progress and address any potential issues that may come up during the build. As construction nears completion, we assist with project closeout, ensuring all details are finalized and the project meets the agreed-upon specifications before handing it over for occupancy.
During the Deliver Phase, the following typically takes place:
+ Building Permitting
+ Construction Kick-Off
+ Milestone Site Visits
+ Project Closeout
